Ryleigh Krier

I’m Ryleigh, a therapist dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with authenticity, humor, and a compassionate approach. In our work together, I strive to create a relaxed and comfortable space where you can truly be yourself, free from judgment, where your emotions and experiences are embraced and truly valued. I believe in meeting you where you’re at and gently challenging the beliefs that may be holding you back, helping you break free from patterns that keep you stuck.

I’ve gained extensive experience at all levels of care including: Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient – working with kiddos 11+, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals facing a range of struggles. My passion lies in working with those dealing with eating disorders (including ARFID), body image distress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma recovery, and identity exploration. I am particularly honored to work alongside members of the LGBTQ+ community, creating a safe and affirming space for everyone.

I offer an eclectic blend of traditional talk therapy along with approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and experiential interventions. This therapeutic mix allows us to tailor our sessions to best suit your unique needs and goals. I also practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective, promoting body acceptance, and supporting your well-being in a way that honors your individuality, rather than focusing on external standards.

More about me as a person, and not just a therapist, is that you can typically find me spending quality time with my dog, Remi, and my two cats, Mowgli and Mars. I love tending to my many houseplants, enjoying the outdoors, and seeking out live music to immerse myself in. Life is all about balance, and I believe in incorporating joy and relaxation into my own routine, just as we would in our work together.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, working through past trauma, or seeking to understand and embrace your true self, I’m here to walk with you on that journey. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, laugh along the way, and uncover the strength within you to live a meaningful and values-driven life.
