Ashlyne Kukreja
Hi there! I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to make that process a little easier. I work with clients ages 18+ and believe that therapy should be a space for honesty, growth, and even a little fun. Whether we’re digging deep or celebrating small wins, I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the many layers of life—navigating identity, relationships, big transitions, and the pressure to “do it all.” My goal is to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself and feel empowered in your values, goals, and choices.
I offer affirming, trauma-informed care for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients and am EMDR-trained. I also work with folks exploring their relationship with substances, offering support in a nonjudgmental, person-centered way.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology from Texas A&M University (gig ‘em!) and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hardin-Simmons University. I’m an ISFJ and a 6w5—“The Defender” through and through! Outside of work, I’m usually reading, spending time with my family, traveling, or hanging out with my pup.
Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions (we love emotions here!!) and concerns, creating a collaborative and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I know how hard it can be to not feel seen when you’re struggling but through our partnership, I will be committed to walking alongside you on your journey of self-exploration and growth. It would be an honor to work with you!
